Following is required to fill up the online admission form:

1. Email id

2. Mobile no

3. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned Provisional Admit Card under 150 KB

6. Scanned Inter/10+2 Mark sheet under 150 KB

7. Scanned Inter/10+2 Admit Card under 150 KB

8. Scanned Aadhar Card in JPG/JPEG format under 150 KB

9. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 150 KB

10. Scanned Migration Certificate (Other Board) in JPG format under 150 KB

11. Scanned Apaar ID Card in JPG/JPEG format under 150 KB

II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR ADMISSIONN FOR SEMESTER-I(2025-2029)

The online admission process will have following 8 (Eight) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of MAHAVIR UPADHYAY MEMORIAL DEGREE COLLEGE, DHAKAi.e www.mumdcollege.com

Step 2: Please click on "Student Login" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the “Forgot Password” link then you will be able to retrieve your
UserID and Password on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up , you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Admission Form.

Step 8: Submit your documents with payment slip at office counter for document verification.

Note:- नामांकन फॉर्म भरने केे बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट (हार्ड कॉपी) वेरीफाई (जाँच) करा कर
महाविद्यालय काउंटर पर अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करे अन्यथा उनका नामांकन फॉर्म रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
